We are a small volunteer team behind PetitMaker, an unofficial fan tool. To reach the right place as quickly as possible, please select the channel that matches your reason for writing. We aim to respond within 14 days; this is a goal rather than a guarantee. Security reports instead follow the faster acknowledgement target set out in our Security Policy.

General Inquiries
For general questions, feedback, or bug reports, please open a GitHub issue on the public repository, labeled as a question or a bug, once that repository is published. Until then, or for any matter you would prefer not to post publicly, please email selka.craft@outlook.com. We read every message and aim to respond within 14 days, though a volunteer team can be slower during busy periods.
When you report a bug, a report we can reproduce reaches a fix fastest. Where you can, please include:
- what you did, what you expected, and what actually happened;
- the browser, operating system, and device you were using;
- whether the map was generated, imported, or built by hand, and any steps to reach the same state;
- a screenshot or a short screen recording, and any console errors;
- if the AI Agent was involved, which provider you used (but never your API key).
Security Reports
Please report security vulnerabilities privately rather than in a public issue. Email selka.craft@outlook.com with the subject prefix [SECURITY]. Our full vulnerability-reporting policy, including what to include and how we handle reports, is set out in the Security Policy. Security reports follow a faster track than general mail: we aim to acknowledge a complete report within 72 hours.
Intellectual Property / Takedown Requests
If you believe that material in PetitMaker infringes your intellectual-property rights, please email selka.craft@outlook.com with the subject prefix [IP]. As described in the intellectual-property section of the Terms of Use, please include enough detail to identify the material and where it appears; the right you hold and its basis; your contact information; and a statement of your good-faith belief. We review [IP] reports and act on well-founded complaints, removing or replacing the material where warranted and telling you the outcome.
Privacy Requests
For privacy questions or requests, such as to access, correct, or delete personal information, please email selka.craft@outlook.com. The Privacy Policy explains what we store and the rights you may have. Because we hold very little that identifies you, most such requests are quick to resolve; we may first confirm that the request comes from you.
